On November 7 the Boulder Junction Community Foundation thanked Dave Osborn for 6 years of service on the Foundation Board as he ended his final term. Dave came on to the board in 2012, the 2nd year of the Foundation’s existence.
Dave Osborn has frequented the Boulder Junction area with his family since he was a child. Life changing events in 2006 were the springboard for him to make Boulder Junction his home. After 30 years in the fastener manufacturing industry, Dave now follows his passion in his work and owns Little Lakes Canoe Restoration and Guide Service. He specializes in restoring vintage wooden canoes and small boats, as well as guiding fishermen and others for nostalgic back country experiences in restored vintage watercraft. He is a past board member of the Wisconsin Canoe Heritage Museum in Spooner Wisconsin as well as a past board member of the Gresham Lakes Association.
Dave has been a true asset to the Foundation and the community of Boulder Junction. Thank you, Dave, for your time and energy. We will see you around town!
